what about my about uneven eye sockets ? not eyelids or anything. I’ve always noticed my right eye being above the left eye in position, giving my eyes a really asymmetrical look.

Chinese and Koreans have similar standards of beauty – tall nose bridge and pale skin of northern Asians + larger eyes and double eyelids of southern Asians. When it comes to face shape, most Asians (Korean/Chinese) have broad and square jawlines. This girl was pretty before even by Korean standards. Korean guys probably didn’t like her because she was from China. Even with plastic surgery, this won’t really make her more attractive to Koreans.
Most Koreans are actually on average not as naturally good looking as Chinese. They look like northern Chinese (slanty eyes, broad face, but taller nose bridge). It’s the Chinese girls from areas that are more intermixed between northern and southern China (Beijing) that are the most naturally beautiful because they got the tall nose from northern Chinese but also the larger eyes and double eyelids from southern Chinese through thousands of years of those genes intermixing.

If what she said about beauty standards is true, the Chinese girl before plastic surgery was already prettier than the Korean hosts themselves. She just got 10x more prettier by both Chinese and Korean standards, but became less memorable.
